Nicole Frontera is a Family Nurse Practitioner and a leading expert in clinical aesthetics and wellness. She is a master cosmetic injector renowned for her artistry with a needle, and the creator of The Natural Needle Lift™, her signature facial rejuvenation, and balancing technique.
In both the U.S. and abroad, Nicole has worked alongside some of the world’s top plastic surgeons. Her expertise has been tapped by leading brands in the aesthetics field: She has been a clinical nurse educator at Cynosure, one of the largest laser firms in the country, and a panel member of Alma Laser Inc. She is a former educator and speaker for the Allergen Medical Institute, the makers of Botox, and an educator at Revance Aesthetics, makers of the next-generation filler RHA and DAXXIFY, a longer-lasting alternative to Botox. STAFF
All Nicole Frontera staff are New York State licensed.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Please call us at (718) 945 1100 to book all appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.
CONSULTATION FEES
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. Our consultations have a fee of $50 which will be applied to your services the day of your appointment. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be a charge of $50 for any missed appointments.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Nicole Frontera gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.
TIPPING
Tips may be paid in cash only. 15% is customary, however, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion.
PUNCTUALITY
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please allow time for traffic and please call when you know you will be late. When booking services at Nicole Frontera, your appointment is scheduled with a team member, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
- You may opt to shorten your treatment but will still be responsible for the full cost of the treatment
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a $50 cancellation charge will be incurred
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be called and/or texted 48 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge of all scheduled appointments. Rescheduling an appointment on the same day of the appointment is considered a cancelation and will also result in a $50 charge.
REFUNDS
We are sorry, Skin Care products and Treatments are not refundable.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
There is a 6-month minimum contract with a Memberships. Cancellations prior to 6-month contract will be charged the retail price differentiation of redeemed services. New York State Sales Tax will be added to all memberships. Gratuities are not included in membership prices.
MEMBERSHIP ROLLOVER
We’re sorry, but unused services will NOT rollover to the next month.
